Yacht-Match is seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator with an interest in technical products to manage our purchase-and invoice orders related to the yacht sales and the supply coordination of parts and products involved with equipping the yachts.
In this role, you will be overseeing the purchase orders and working closely with both the customer in equipping the yacht and offer added services and products, and serve as the liaison in negotiations between Yacht-Match and its’ suppliers.
As part of your Supply Coordinating role: You will be required to source new business contacts, assess vendors, negotiate new deals, and renegotiate expiring contracts, and place orders for products and services as part of your supply coordinator role.
And as part of your Sales Administrative role, you will be required to: Demonstrate the technical features of our products, coordinate the internal sales process, oversee and administrate the completion of the sales orders, and maintain strong customer relations.
To ensure success, the Sales Administrator & Technical Supply Coordinator should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, and the ability to travel.
You will need to have a natural interest for technical products, and it will go a long way if you are interested in the nautical industry and/or leisure marine industry.
