The Pitch
Yacht-Match extends its interest to forming business cooperation with Ronen and in collaboration with Yacht-Match Charter & Management (Yacht-Match Adria d.o.o.o) to launch the Italia Yacht 11.98 as part of an ambassador agreement for the Adriatic.
The business opportunity presents itself as the means of assisting in the launch of a renowned and highly anticipated brand in the Adriatic and Mediterranean sea by granting the investor a favorable pricing point, a kick-back on all promotional activities generating sales, a tailored charter ownership, and an entry into the heart of the racing scene and a passionate sailing community.
Your IY 11.98 will be part of the Italia Yachts Test Center and Charter Management Fleet in Croatia, interlinked with our other two bases in the UK and Stockholm. Your IY 11.98 ownership will also be part of your business and company that we will arrange for you and manage as part of the charter management agreement.
The Demand & Business Opportunity
The demand for high-end racer cruisers for charter management coupled with the worldwide growing popularity of the Italia Yachts brand and its success in the racing scene has sparked the interest in creating a dedicated Charter Fleet and Test Centre specifically for Italia Yachts.
The Italia Yachts are in high demand among charter fleet operators enquiring to buy the cruiser line range. The racer-cruiser line is in high demand among sailing schools that frequently book shoulder season charters for their lessons. The high-end cruisers and racers segment is in high demand as a substitute for standard charter yachts. The Italia Yachts Shipyard offer no demo boats or sea trials, so the demand is huge among potential buyers and also the worldwide dealer network to test the Italia Yachts.

- 5% Discount
- 50% discount on the NET margin of after-market options for the next three (3) years (not including sails).
- 5% kickback on all sales in the Adriatic Region for new builds of the IY 11.98 for three years.
- Reliable and Flexible Charter Management of your IY 11.98 (CFP in Google Drive)
- A dedicated race support mgt (if you like to join certain regattas)
- Part of Italia Yachts Owners Club: join events and sailing at exclusive events.
In return we offer and ask for:
- The charter management for minimum 4 years.
- The yacht is to be included in a few high-profile events/ regattas each year – this is mutually beneficial for marketing purposes (more charter weeks).

The Italia Yachts 11.98 is a complete all-around boat with the performance you would expect from a fast cruiser.
It is a boat built for demanding sailors, simple, rational, functional, and versatile in cruising and racing use. Its design combines tradition, creativity, craftsmanship and new technologies. With a small wetted area and an important sail area, the 11.98 is able to easily express all its power even in light winds, while remaining docile at the helm in all conditions. The impact with the external areas tells of the great livability and symmetry of the interiors, which in addition to the balance of weights, helps to rationalize the naturally more usable and elegant spaces.
